"We plan to have an event where the presenters will show advanced surveying techniques and will give an overview over the broad range of existing methods like aerial archaeology, laser (LiDAR) scanning, geophysics, satellite and aerial remote sensing, UAVs, ? We aim to discuss advantages and problems of these various techniques, to compare different methods and would also like to exchange ideas and experiences amongst all presenters and the session audience, coming from different countries but facing the same problems.We would like to invite you and/or your colleagues to submit an abstract on any of the topics related to advanced surveying methods for landscape archaeological purposes."
