  Three PhDs
Research questions in a wide range of fields are being considered – from human morphology, to archaeology, to palaeontology, to palaeoenvironmental sciences. A list of 9 possible areas of research can be found at : http://in-africa.org/opportunities/phd-opportunities/
  a 4-year research assistantship
The research assistant will be expected to help implement the project’s programme of activities under the categories of fieldwork, material analyses, public engagement and management.
  a 4-year post-doc
The research associate is expected to work on the description and analysis of human, hominin and other animal remains, contributing to our understanding of phylogenetic relationships and adaptive processes in the origins of modern humans. He/she will also be expected to take a leading role in the project’s fieldwork, both in its preparation and implementation, contribute to the writing of reports, and the supervision of graduate student projects.
